What To Expect

Module 1 : Drive the Discovery

In this first module, we will explore the core of each of the 5 generations in the workplace—because if you don’t understand them, you can’t lead them. We’ll dive in headfirst to break down each generation’s strengths, weaknesses, and background to give you a headstart in dealing with employees of any generation.

Module 2: Talk the Talk

Without communication, we have nothing. This module looks at communication across generations: how we all like to communicate, and how to figure out the best way for you to get through to each and every employee, regardless of generation. Tips, strategies, and bonus resources included!

Module 3: Let's Get Social (BONUS Module!)

This module takes a deep dive into the ways to use social media to your benefit, and what each platform can do for you. As something becoming more and more critical to running a company or organization, it’s crucial that you learn the in’s and out’s so you can get ahead now.

Module 4: Mind the Clock

In this section, we’ll discuss how typical workplace norms like working 9-5 and only working AT the office…are changing dramatically. What does it mean to employ flexibility at work and why this is crucial to creating balance amongst all of your employees?

Module 5: Keep the Peace

Conflict is inevitable, but how you handle it will shape your culture into the future. Whether there’s ageism at play, personality clashes, or even conflict over core values, there are strategies for keeping the peace that will keep everyone happy. In this section, we’ll discuss how to level the playing field so everyone can just get along!

Module 6: Attract with Tact

In this section, we’ll dive into recruitment, without disruption. This module focuses on bringing in the best new talent without causing an uproar among your current and more seasoned employees. It’s critical that everyone feel valued and respected, even when you’re focused heavily on new recruitment.

Module 7: Connect the Dots

Last but not at all least, module 7 takes a solutions-based approach in the form of connection-building. We’ll discuss ways to get your 5 generations to connect, interact, and understand one another so no one feels left-out, undervalued, or disrespected. This is next-level strategy to strengthen the core of your teams into the future.
